Bellow average

My friends gave me a subscription and it's the biggest headache I've ever had. The barn responds quickly, but their answers are pretty useless, I still can't log into my account. Two weeks ago I was promised that a tech specialist would contact me, but that never happened. The coffee itself is ok and could even be enjoyable, but these extra complications ruined the whole experience.
