Great coffees, consistently good and unique.

Very good coffee, with very distinctive characteristics that surely have to do with the Barn´s roasting process. It usually has a medium roast level, which allows the bean to release a wide range of aromas. I use it mainly for espresso, and it brews amazing coffees that, even without the strong notes of more roasted beans, are tremendously enjoyable.
