PRODUCTION ROASTER (m|f|d)

This is a hands-on role with production roasting all a range of tasks typical to a Specialty Coffee Roastery such as packing of beans and orders, machine maintenance, weighing out of green beans, cleaning: basically being flexible to jump on any position where your support is needed. You will be working on two retro-style Probat machines (UG22, G45). We have a fantastic team on the production floor - be part of it!

This job is physical and it requires getting up early on weekdays. Competitive payment according to the experience you bring with you. We have a long-term perspective for this role. It offers an opportunity to grow and develop.
